Police: Woman forced boy, 5, to have sexual contact in order to play
HEYBURN, Idaho (AP) - A south-central Idaho woman is accused of forcing a 5-year-old boy to have sexual contact with her.
The Times-News reports that 21-year-old Makinzie Sarah Frost of Heyburn is charged with two felony counts of lewd conduct with a child under 16.
She is scheduled to appear in Minidoka County Magistrate Court on Wednesday. She was charged July 28.
Authorities say the boy told investigators that Frost made him have sexual contact with her before she allowed him to go outside to play.
Police say the lewd conduct occurred multiple times between July 1, 2012, and Aug. 5, 2012, at a number of locations.
Frost is being held on $25,000 bond in the Mini-Cassia Criminal Justice Center.
It's unclear if she has an attorney.
