Police release surveillance photos of Walgreen's robber

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - The Boise Police Department is asking for the public's help finding two people they say robbed a Walgreen's pharmacy Monday night.

Police released surveillance photos of one of the men they say went into the store on Federal Way and gave a clerk a threatening note demanding prescription medications and painkillers.

Officers say the man left with drugs and cash in a blue shopping bag, then ran to a car with another man inside who was driving.

Police describe the men as black, one wearing a striped shirt, the other wearing dark clothing, driving a light-blue smaller car, possibly a Mazda, with a spoiler.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
