Thirty-two-year-old Darrell Ray Zirschky pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a firearm in November.
Investigators say Zirschky began distributing meth in January 2013 and was arrested in April.
He's one of eleven people accused of distributing pounds of meth in the Treasure Valley.
All of the defendants have pleaded guilty, and five have been sentenced.
Zirschky, who has felony convictions for drug offenses and lewd conduct with a minor, had a 9 mm handgun when he was arrested.
Police recovered a total of twelve guns during the investigation, including a fully-automatic machine gun.
