Debbie Field, who late Tuesday filed paperwork listing her as chairman of Education Voters of Idaho, says the group will disclose its contributors and expenditures by 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
EVI gave $200,000 that went to the TV ads, but until now maintained it wasn't a political committee with disclosure obligations.
That prompted Secretary of State Ben Ysursa to file a lawsuit.
On Monday, 4th District Judge Michael Wetherell ruled EVI was a PAC with the obligation to disclose its campaign finance activity under Idaho's Sunshine act.
Field said her group was disappointed with Wetherell's ruling, but planned to follow his order.
