Former student suspected of pepper spraying Seattle principal's bed
SEATTLE -- A principal believes a former student may be responsible for breaking into her South Seattle home and pepper spraying her bed, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The victim returned home to the 9800 block of 60th Avenue South on May 7 to find a delivery from Amazon scattered around the yard and the window on her front door broken.
Inside the house, there was a strong odor of pepper spray, and her bed was now stained orange, apparently from the pepper spray.
Drawers had been opened throughout the house and nearly every room had been disturbed, but nothing appeared to be missing, according to the report.
The victim told officers she recently had to file a Child Protective Services report against a former student and strongly believes the former student could have been involved in the break-in as a form of retaliation.
