BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - A Boise area business that received national attention for its unique services -- allowing folks to destroy things for fun and to relieve stress -- is planning to close up shop.
Das Breakroom, which KBOI 2News highlighted back in April, is closing its Boise area store and will now head west to Portland.
"Our sole purpose is to provide a place for people to engage in recreational destruction," Tom Farrenkopf, who owns the business, told KBOI 2News last month. "What we mean by that is come in and break stuff."
Tom Farrenkopf, who owns the business, told KBOI 2News on Wednesday that he's making the move to Oregon because of a lack of customers.
Farrenkopf says he'll be around in Boise for about another month with a mobile unit before he plans to leave.
