Boise Police said officers were called out to a disturbance call and learned that Lisa Cresswell was driving with the child just after midnight Sunday.
BPD tracked her her down near 22nd and Anderson Street and say Cresswell appeared to be very intoxicated. She failed several police sobriety tests, officials say.
Authorities say Cresswell, who had a suspended license, had prior DUI convictions, which made this weekend's arrest a felony. Cresswell also received a misdemeanor charge for injury to a child because she had the young child inside the vehicle.
