A bevy of All-State running backs highlight the current group, along with a pair of players who transfer to play for the Coyotes.
Running backs Hunter Kenyon of Borah High, Jason Gillette of Declo High, and Zach Garzoli of Orland High in California, will give Moroski options when the program returns to the field in 2014.
Kenyon led the 5A Southern Idaho Conference in rushing, recording 1,168 yards and 12 touchdowns, earning All-State honors. Gillette was named the Magic Valley Player of the Year, helping Declo to the 2A state title - racking up 1,444 yards and 29 touchdowns on the season, earning All-State honors on both sides of the ball. Garzoli had an outstanding season at OHS, rushing for 1,053 yards and 14 touchdowns, earning All-Butte View League honors.
Transfers Nate Moore and Brock Hulsey will help the Yotes on the defensive side of the ball. Moore, a 2011 All-State defensive back at Mountain View High, spent last season as a redshirt fellow Frontier Conference foe, Carroll College. Hulsey, an All-Sawtooth Central Idaho Conference selection in 2011 at Kimberly High, heads to the C of I after a year at Utah State.
Two other players will join the Yotes roster - Dylan Dawson of Sutherlin High in Oregon, and Nolan Riley of North Central High in Washington. Dawson was an All-Far West League selection as a defensive end, while Riley earned All-Greater Spokane League honors as an offensive lineman.
